Our Team

Meme Johnson, CPLC
Founder & CEO
I have a deep passion for helping others, shaped by my upbringing in poverty which taught me gratitude for life's simple joys. Growing up in a large family where my hardworking parents struggled to provide for us, I empathize deeply with those on welfare and living in forgotten communities. From not being able to afford school pictures to wrapping up household items for Christmas, I've experienced challenges firsthand. Yet, I cherish these experiences because they fuel my passion for giving.

I believe we're all here to support and serve each other, especially those who are broken, lonely, or oppressed. Genuine service brings me immense joy and purpose. Leading by example, I strive to make a difference and embody the change I wish to see. Everyone has a story, and I find fulfillment in bringing smiles to faces, knowing a small act of kindness can brighten someone's day in ways we may never fully understand.

My lifelong passion for encouraging, inspiring, and instilling hope in others has led me to launch Passion2Give, offering Random Acts of Kindness, Life Coaching, Mentorship, and Mental Health & Empowerment events.
Remember, everyone is facing unseen challenges—let's be kind, love God, and love people.

Elizabeth Martinez, M.Ed., LCPAA
Director of Community Development

I am a bilingual interventionist, crisis counselor, mediator, and educator.  I have worked with high risk youth for 25 years, starting with volunteer work in local high schools when I was in college.  I have extensive experience in program development, management, and evaluation, and I have worked in the U.S. and abroad with local government agencies, public schools, non-profits, grassroots start-ups, and faith-based organizations.  I completed a B.A. in Sociology and an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from the University of Houston, and now own a start-up company that provides social services catering to diverse populations of high-risk youth and their families.

In my free time, I love dancing salsa and creating memories around the world with my husband and two young children.

Evangeline Williams, J.D.
General Counsel

From a young age, I was always taught to give back to the community in which I live, and there is no better way to give back than by volunteering your time to those in need. Volunteering is not only a great way to explore the community around you, it also allows you to interact with and learn about people you would normally not interact with on a day-to-day basis. This one simple interaction can lead to education, which in turn leads to action, and action leads to change.

By joining Passion2Give, my hope is that I can help others while also bringing about change to the community at large.
